I am thrilled to finally announce that I was selected for online publication by the Toronto Bi+ Arts Festival 2020. The above link is to the online Zine, presented as a slideshow, and my poem, “Why I Don’t Write Poetry III”, is the opening poem for the the collection. In additional news, I am taking a hiatus from posting new material here. I need time to write new pieces, and am waiting for responses on at least five submissions, one of which I’ve been shortlisted for. It is time for me to take a break and enjoy my favorite 3 months between Halloween and Christmas. I will be back with new material for my blog in 2021 — after I’ve completed my UC application, gotten responses on all pending submissions, and had some great time with my family for the holidays. If I get a publication in the meantime, I will post it here, but otherwise, see you again in 2021.
