The Quickest Update

1 min readMay 23, 2024

I’ve been very busy and maybe procrastinating a little, so there’s been delays in posting. However, I am considering putting forth some new posts soon in the realm of literary/film criticism. Titles to include: thoughts on Stephen King’s Fairy Tale, feminist considerations for Immaculate, and since I love A Dark Song so much, maybe a deeper dive into that. Also, I am going to be working on narrative non-fiction practice in the coming months — heavy focus on the narrative. Note that I am starting a research project after I move and complete my residency in 32 days. Expect more complex work after those times. I will try to keep pace with weekly posts, since bi-weekly has been difficult lately. If you have any suggestions for posts, let me know in the comments.

Just want to throw it out there that I am open to any beta reading projects for the small fee of $5 up to 5000 words with at least 1 page of notes ($1 for each additional 1000 words or fraction thereof), grammar and structure line editing for $5 per 1000 words, content (and grammar/structure) line editing for $10 per 1000 words, and research services for $20/hour. I have Paypal, Zelle, and Bill; shorter pieces will have very quick turnaround times.

This message will self-destruct in…………………………..
